Ceviche

For 4 people as a single dish.

  • 500g of sashimi quality fish for raw consumption and / or shrimp.`
  • Recommended fish: bream, trevally, swordfish, halibut, tuna, mackerel, cod, salmon.
  • 8 limes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon of green chilli.
  • 1/4 cup of coriander leaf (10 to 12g)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Olives cut into small pieces
  • 1 avocado according to recipes
  • 1 pinch of oregano according to the recipes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. Cut the fish into cubes of about 1cm
  2. Add the juice of 6 limes to the fish, cover the container and leave for 6 hours in the fridge then drain the fish.
  3. Add to the drained fish 2 lemons, the onion finely sliced ​​with a mandolin, the tomatoes cut into small cubes, the finely chopped pepper, the olives.
  4. Finally, add the coriander, olive oil, salt and possibly the avocado cut into small cubes and oregano.

To consume immediately after preparation.
